Now, For all you X2’ers and / or soon to be X2’ers. Have you used up all your worksheets from round one? Did you buy your videos off of eBay or someplace else and don't have a clue when to do the workouts? Do you want to stay motivated and get some meaning out of your numbers? Take a look at your Excel Workout Manager for the X2. This is most innovative and exciting way to manage your Fitness Journey. All you need, besides your "Bring-It" attitude, is Microsoft Excel. This
means you won't have to install or setup any new software.
This Excel Super
Workout Tool is very
powerful, but it is also very
easy to use. It is all Menu and Hyperlink
powered.
You will never have to click on a tab to get anywhere, unless you want
to of course. You will never be on a page, and not know how to
get someplace else. One-Click
Menu buttons are on every
page, and always at the top, or intuitively placed on the
page and are easy to identify for super
easy 1 click navigation.

*** WE'RE CRAZY WITH THE SCREENSHOTS - SO IT MAKE TAKE AWHILE FOR ALL OF THEM TO LOAD!! *** The program starts out at the Main Menu, Where you Click On the StartPage button and that gets the ball
rolling.
This is where you Enter your X2 Start Date, & Beginning Body Stats. You can also enter your After X2 Goals. That way you will let you know how far you have progressed at the end of your X2 fitness journey. It is easy to complete and only takes a minute or so. Just Enter your info into the Yellow Shaded Blocks .
Once that is completed you can then click on the FitTest button and you can complete that page as well. As Before, Just Enter Data into the Yellow Shaded Cells and everything else is automatically calculated for you. At the end of X2, you can come back here, and enter your new Fit Test numbers, and view your progress. The Green Blocks below are Yellow to begin with and if you meet or exceed the requirements for that test your block turns green . You're not going to see a Fit Test Page like this one anywhere else. The Fit Test Progress Graph on the Fit Page is a result of user requests, so it is now here. This gives you a cool way to graphically view your Beginning and Ending Fit Test Numbers.
As you can see from the previous screen shots you have clickable Menu Buttons at the Top of Every Page. There are logically placed links embedded in most pages as well. You can jump from page to page with ease in this program. Sometimes you don't even realize you are using a spreadsheet due to all the clickable buttons and menu items. Now take a look at your Command Center Page. Your Master Calendar . Your Master Calendar is where you can view and manage a nicely color coded layout of all your X2 Program Workouts. This Schedule, is SUPER FLEXIBLE, in that the Workouts, aren't just typed in rigidly. The Workouts Appear, Based on What Phase Number You Enter In the Phase Column. How Cool is That? You Enter Any Phase Number for the Week In The Phase Column, and the Calendar Pops in the Correct Workouts. In the Phase Column, Just Type in 1 For FOUNDATION, 2 For STRENGTH, 3 For PERFORMANCE, or R For RECOVERY WEEK. ** The Calendar Will Automatically Pop In the Correct Workouts For You!-- Enter 1, 2, 3 & R In The Phase Column For the 1st 4 Weeks, and Get In a Matter of Seconds. ![]() -- Typical

These Are Our Best Worksheets Yet! You Will Love Them. There is so much built in to these worksheets, it is impossible to list every detail. Our X2 sheets let you record, and track everything! Reps, Weights, Band Colors, Equipment, Moods, Notes, etc. Here is a screenshot of the X2 Core worksheet. As with every page, you have your Clickable Menu Buttons at the Top. If you have Excel 2007 or above, you are in for a treat as you can see every progress color scale, and every progress indicator icon. Versions below Excel 2007 may not see every color or icon. ** We have A Real Treat For Band Users! Now For The Bands, You have a Drop-Down Selctor for the Band Color. Once Selected, The Block will Change To That Color As Well on the Sheet! ie, Select Blue, and the Block Will Turn Blue, Select Green, and The Block Will Turn Green. This worksheet also keeps a weekly track of your main benchmark exercises like Push-Ups and Pull-Ups. You may not see the color/progress shading in Excel versions lower than 2007. You can enter your numbers directly into the worksheet and it is stored there for future reference. Some X2'ers like to record their numbers on their hard copy worksheets during the workout, and when they are recovered, enter their recorded numbers into their Excel Workout Manager for the X2. What if you need to miss or reschedule a workout? All you have to do is just change the calculated date on the Master Calendar to your actual workout date, and the remaining calendar dates automatically recalculate themselves. What could be easier than that? No certain steps to remember, or special procedure required, as with others. This program allows you to be flexible. Run the 90 days straight, or reschedule as you need to with no worries.
Another great feature of this program, is your Body Stats Progress Tracker Page. Normally, every 28 Days or so, you can Enter your Check-Up Numbers. Enter your Body Measurements, Weight, & Body Fat% in the Yellow Shaded Cells. Cool progress icons, color shading, and smiley goal indicators.

You can change your Body Weight Daily, or at the recommended, end of phase Check Ups. Then, Just place X'S or ANY CHARACTER in the above easy to use Food Journal.As you enter your consumed portions, watch as the program automatically counts your consumed portions, and automatically calculates your calories. This is an easy way to let you know if you are on staying on track. probably give yourself a B or B-. Your
program also keeps track of your water if you want. The total ounces
block turns green when you meet the minimum requirements mentioned in
